Ryan Sipple
Founder & Partner
Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Ryan has spent the last decade learning and executing a wide range of construction projects for some of the most reputable builders on the West Coast.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. While finishing his degree, Ryan worked for BNBuilders, a commercial builder who specializes in clean room laboratories and biotechnical offices. It was there that he gained a basic understanding of the complexities of the construction industry.
Two years after graduation, Ryan left San Diego and took the opportunity to travel north for a project in Santa Barbara. He would eventually make his way to Orange County where he transitioned from commercial construction into the niche market of building luxury Custom Homes.
Ryan has spent the last six years working for Hill Construction, a premier builder of the most luxurious homes in Southern California. As a Project Manager, Ryan has overseen the construction of several one-of-a-kind residences.
Throughout his career, his positive attitude and ability to connect with people have helped him to become one of the best young builders in the Greater Orange County region.
Jose Rubio
Founder & Partner
Born and raised in Mendocino County, Jose developed a deep understanding of residential construction while working alongside his godfather, a successful custom home contractor in Northern California’s wine country.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from CSU, Chico, where he expanded his expertise through internships with several commercial builders in the Bay Area. After graduating, he joined a commercial general contractor in Chico, contributing to the construction of Butte County’s new morgue and mortuary.
Following that project, Jose relocated to Southern California, transitioning back to custom home construction. For the past four years, he has been with Hill Construction, a premier luxury home builder, overseeing the development of unique residences in collaboration with internationally renowned designers.
Jose’s discipline, drive, and passion for building have positioned him as a standout young builder in the Greater Orange County region.
